Hi, I'm Alyson Saunders, owner of Saunders Health & Wellness.
I bring certified cryotherapy, with more services coming soon, to you, your horse, your dogs and your farm animals. I'm currently pursuing a dual degree in Special Education and Elementary Education, and come winter I'll be heading to Unity Environmental University to study Equine Studies.

How I got here
The last two years have been a serious health journey for me. Along the way I met my best friend and partner, and I moved up to the Bay Area from Northern Nevada.
Once I arrived, I wanted to meet people, and I wanted to do something I'd dreamed about for years: horseback riding. This new hobby, and the animals I fell in love with straight away, made me curious about their health and wellness. So I asked myself a question. What could I do that's mobile and good for horses and the animals around them? That's when I found cryotherapy.
Why cryotherapy
I found I could use it on people, horses, farm animals and dogs, especially my own pack of six. If you'd like to know more, the What is cryo section explains what cryotherapy is and the benefits of it.
Working alongside professionals
I love holistic and therapeutic remedies for myself and my animals. It's also great when I can work side by side with professionals like veterinarians. Let's be clear: I'm not a vet or a vet tech. I just found my love for horses and a niche that I could tap into.
